Forecast for Soon-to-Be Hurricane Debby

The eye of Debby at 9:15pm. The maximum winds are 70 mph with a pressure of 992 mb as of 8pm. Given the appearance of the storm and that the pressure has dropped to 988 mb, I suspect the storm is a hurricane with 75 mph winds or will be very shortly.
The storm should turn more to the northeast during the night. The rest of the forecast below, scroll down is correct.

There are reports of serious flooding and people trapped in Pinellas County. This will only get worse (see below) the rest of the night and the next few days.

Tornado watch just issued.
