Update on Southern California Storm - 4:50pm

As of 4:45pm, heavy rain has redeveloped over Ventura and west Los Angeles counties with heavier snow in the mountains.

Here is the radar as 1:40pm PST.  Snow levels are lowering (blue) at this time. However, there are no flash flood warnings at the moment. 

The warnings and watches at this time:
Color code:  
  • Green = flood watch.
  • Pink = winter storm warning. 
  • Purple = winter weather advisory. 
  • Sand = wind advisory. 
Forecast of additional rainfall (moisture in melted snow in the mountains) between now and 10pm Thursday.
