Tornado Likelihood Increasing - Gulf Coast

The radar image shows storms off-shore that are likely producing waterspouts (blue circles) as they move north. They are south of a warm front that is moving slowly north. When the front gets inland, the chances for tornadoes will increase significantly. 

At the same time, the NWS Storm Prediction Center outlined an area where they expect to issue a tornado watch later this afternoon.
