Sunday Fun: A Newie From an Oldie
For those of you who like music history, here is a "newie" from a group that I thought was relegated to be an "oldie" forever.
The Royal Teams has a #3 hit in 1958 with Short Shorts.
One member of the group, Bob Gaudio, joined The Four Seasons and wrote their big hits like Sherry, Big Girls Don't Cry and Walk Like a Man.
Evidently, the "Teens" (without Gaudio) are still around and they released a pretty good song called Party Down the Jersey Shore.
Enjoy the rest of your summer!
