July's REQUIRED READING
I didn't designate a "required reading" in June, because I wish to limit those recommendations to what I believe is essential reading. So, this month's required reading about how the Supreme Court is finally reigning in the bureaucracy is a must read. It is short and concise.
Now, if we can just get SCOTUS to revisit Sullivan (the case that allows the media to lie with impunity) and Kelo (eminent domain overreach), we'll have the government pointed in the right direction, albeit with a long way to go.
