Tropical Storm Elsa Will Make Landfall in the Next Few Hours

The storm's center is still offshore but looks like it will make landfall somewhere near or north of Horseshoe Beach. Maximum winds are around 60 mph in a few areas. 

The storm will maintain some strength after it moves inland and could topple trees in a few areas as it traverses the Southeast and Middle Atlantic regions.
