Tropical Storm Warnings Continue Along Gulf Coast

The National Hurricane Center's 10am CDT forecast represents little change. The S = tropical storm and D = tropical depression. Winds of around 40-45 mph are forecast by NHC in the blue area. 

The primary threat with this weather system is excessive rainfall and flooding. See rainfall amount map below. 

Below is the radar from 9:50am. It depicts the heavy rain approaching the coast.
