Could the Farm Belt Be in Store for Some Much Needed Rainfall?

Above is the 15-day forecast rainfall for the Farm Belt. It is based on the new ECMWF ensemble model and it is the driest of today's global models (although there isn't a large difference between them). 

Below is the difference from average rainfall for the last 30 days. The majority of the farm belt has received less than average rainfall. So, additional substantial rains would be most welcome.
