COVID: Consider This
While masks, when worn indoors, likely prevent droplet distribution of the virus, they appear to give a false sense of security otherwise. The only way, right now, to prevent getting the disease is to quarantine yourself. Yes, wash your hands often, etc., but the virus is primarily spread through the air.
I have informed my physician that I wish to receive the vaccine as soon as possible. Once I have received my two shots and have passed through the two week period after the second shot I will refuse to wear masks. Once vaccinated, there's no point to wearing a mask. We need to get our society back to normal as soon as possible.
