Ah, WRONG. The illustration shows where the Des Moines River flows into the Mississippi. The Missouri actually flows into the Mississippi just north of St. Louis.
And, at St. Charles, Missouri, (the last gage before the Missouri flows into the Mississippi), the Missouri is above average.
The river is also running higher than average upstream at Kansas City.
This whole thing is an attempt to get global warming alarm back in front of the public. I predict it will not work.
