Unfortunately, Dorian has restrengthened a bit and may strengthen a little more. Its maximum winds at 5pm EDT were 110 mph but it is possible they are now up to 115 mph. Here is the forecast path.
Red = hurricane warnings. Brown = area of hurricane-force winds. Amber = area of sustained 40 mph winds.

Wind gusts near 100 mph are possible along the immediate coasts of South and North Carolina.

UPDATE: 8:16pm. Winds are up to 115 mph. Pressure has appeared to drop to 958 from 961mb.
