11am Wednesday Florence Update

Here is Florence as seen from the International Space Station.
Overnight, a weather satellite measured waves up to 83 feet (!!) being generated by the storm.

Here is the 11am forecast. Please note the slow movement to the southwest. The represents a change from yesterday.
Red is the hurricane warning. A hurricane watch continues as far southwest as Charleston.

Here is the amended rainfall pattern. Massive flooding will result.

There is information needed to keep your family healthy here.

If you scroll down you'll find a checklist for last-minute preparations and you'll find a lot of information about storm surge (which will be devastating), hurricane winds and the expected flooding.

I'll update again this afternoon.
