Thunderstorms Moving Toward Central Texas
Pretty much as expected, thunderstorms have developed in west Texas.
There have been a half-dozen or so reports of wind gusts above 60 mph with these storms.
As stated in the post below, I expect the storms to intensify during the night as they move into central Texas with increasing risk of damaging winds and some risk of large hail.
The storm risk is going to be even worse tomorrow (Monday, 2nd) where there will be a higher risk of severe thunderstorms and, perhaps, tornadoes.
This will be the last update of the night.
