3:30pm Tornado and Severe Weather Outlook

The NWS has issued a tornado watch for the western half of Oklahoma.
Note: There is a "moderate" risk of a strong tornado and a "high" risk of hail 1" or larger.

Meanwhile, in Kansas,
there are a couple of boundaries (arrows) along which is where the eventual strong thunderstorms may form.  There are also towering cumulus in Oklahoma (circle) where thunderstorms may form soon.

There is a separate area in far southwest Oklahoma where strong thunderstorms may form (not shown).
