Speaking of Airports: Way to Go Denver International!

Via Twitter, there was a funnel cloud (tornado aloft) or a tornado near the Denver International Airport this afternoon and a tornado warning was issued. It included the airport. Instead of hiding it from passengers like St. Louis did in 2011, they put it on the flight information boards so everyone would see it.

In addition to spreading the warning, they have excellent signage pointing out the locations of their tornado shelters.
Other airports could learn from Denver's approach. Congratulations to the management of DIA.
