Incident at the 'National' Weather Center

UPDATE: 4:05PM. The fire is out. No one in the National Weather Center building is hurt.

ORIGINAL REPORT:

There has been an incident at the incorrectly named National Weather Center in Norman, Oklahoma.
According to multiple reports, a car smashed through a security gate and then exploded. People are being held in the center of the building at this time.
