Tornado Tips
With the chances of severe thunderstorms, and possibly tornadoes, increasing the latter half of the week, I want to reference information that might be helpful. Why? For example, Alabama has been in one of the longest tornado "droughts" in its history. People often forget safety rules when storms are "out of sight and out of mind."

The above is based on the typical view of tornado warnings. However, in central Oklahoma, where the TV stations and the National Weather Service are on the leading edge of tornado warnings, one school district is taking an entirely different approach.
