Another Embedded Tornado

Here is the radar from eastern North Carolina with another (possible) embedded tornado moving toward Goldsboro.

The reflectivity data at 1:30pm doesn't have a hook or the conventional signatures of a tornado.

But, the circulation is clearly visible in the velocity data (gold circle).
People in the vicinity of Goldboro and Mar-Mac should take immediate tornado precautions. There has been damage reported farther west with these storms.
