The storm has reached its peak intensity and will continue. The dark blue is where heavy snow is currently falling. Blizzard warning southeast Massachusetts.
The single-site NWS radar from Ft. Dix shows the bands of heavy snow (greens) and very heavy snows (yellow flecks). The snow bands are moving northeast.
Newark has 62 minute average delays. A ground stop is in effect at LaGuardia which means significant delays. Thousands of flights are canceled or delayed.
States of emergency are in effect in Delaware and New Jersey.
