Tornado Warning: New Orleans and East of Houma

Radar update at 12:14pm. Tornado is in the area enclosed by the orange oval. Moving ESE.
12:20pm update: 18,000 homes and businesses without power in Jefferson Parish (in Louisiana, counties = parishes) and, of those, 9,000 are in the City of New Orleans.

There is a pronounced hook echo but the tornado may be rain-wrapped and invisible. You can see it better in the Doppler wind data.
