Explosion Near Waco, Texas

For some reason, the national media is not covering the giant explosion, reportedly at a fertilizer plant, near Waco, Texas, this evening. The following two photos are from Twitter. Normally, I only cover weather-related issues but the area needs help (according to information via social media) and I want to make first-responders (many read this blog) aware if they are not already.

The second photo I had posted was from a 2008 refinery explosion. The photo above is genuine. I apologize for the error.

There are reports (via Waco newspaper) that there are a number of buildings on fire in the area.
