Central U.S. Moisture Prospects

After seeing considerable drought relief over Texas and the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys the last two weeks, most of the the rest of the Plains and Upper Midwest continue far too dry. The next five days see little relief:


However, moisture prospects in the Central third of the U.S. look better the week of the 27th with one and, perhaps, two chances for rain or snow. I'll have more on that as this week progresses.
