  1. Since "Sandy" turned into a nor'easter before landfall, does that mean the NHC will reuse the name "Sandy" in its 2018 hurricane name list?

  2. I do not believe it turned turned extratropical before landfall. NHC was still issuing hurricane advisories.

    What did you see otherwise?
