Overnight Thunderstorm Threat

The flood threat is little changed since my last posting (see below). 


A very strong squall line has developed in west Texas and is moving rapidly northeast. Damaging winds and hail are possible along this line during the night. Immediately below is the AccuWeather regional radar as of 1:15am CDT:



 


From 7am Monday until 7am Tuesday, here is the area with a risk of tornadoes. Please note that the highest risk area includes the DFW Metroplex. There is also a threat of very large hail in Texas.
