Farewell to Autumn



With snow in Texas and Louisiana this week and the increasing potential of snows in the Plains and Midwest next week, I thought it would an appropriate time to say goodbye to autumn.

In Wichita, the fall colors were the most spectacular I remember.  Deep, bright reds and yellows.  And, because it has been our third wetter than normal year in a row, we still had the deep green lawns for contrast.  Here are a few photos of a beautiful autumn.  Enjoy!
